Our classes are designed to be an effective, affordable way to get regular, highly supervised training that will help you to see the changes that you are looking for. 

 

In our class you will lose fat, gain strength, and become a part of a great community of like-minded individuals.  It is not unusual for people who have grown tired of the gym to join our classes and be telling us that training is now one of the highlights of their week!

 

We offer two different classes currently: the first is our Hardstyle Kettlebells class, a great class that will have you moving well and in the best shape of your life; the second class is the women's only, Trained By Trish group.  Trish is someone who has come from struggling to swing the 8kg bell to being able to swing a bell that weighs the same as she does!
